This machine cleans the whole vegetable, and the entire cleaning line is made of high-quality stainless steel, which fully conforms to the relevant national hygiene standards for the food processing industry. It is composed of cleaning tank, air bath system, spray system, water tank, fan, etc. The whole line is connected by chain conveyor belt, which constitutes a complete production line of cleaning, rinsing and air-drying.
Whole vegetable washing machine line consists of whole vegetable washing machine and an air-drying machine.The air-drying and draining machine is composed of three parts: the bottom frame, the conveying frame and the fan fixing frame, which are independent and easy to assemble and disassemble.
Features:
1. The machine has a high degree of cleaning, and the cleaned vegetables are neat, complete in shape and not deformed.
2. There is no dirt residue between the leaf pleats and the stem of the vegetables after washing by this machine, and the washed vegetables will not be scattered, will not hurt the leaves, and will not break the stem.
3. Continuous cleaning and segmented circulating water are used to save water and avoid secondary pollution of sewage.
4. Prolonged steam bath cleaning can effectively remove sundries at the root of vegetables, and rinsing and spraying ensure that vegetables are cleaned without dead ends.
5. The whole adopts quick-release design, which is easy to assemble and easy to clean and transport.
6. The washing machine and air-drying machine use an integrated chain to avoid damage to vegetables during transportation.
7. The guide sprocket can be quickly disassembled, the chain can be moved up, and the bottom can be removed to clean the dirt in the cleaning pool
Processing ingredients:
Green onions, celery, spinach, lettuce, rapeseed, leeks, coriander, etc, are suitable for whole vegetables that are boiled or fried.
